Incredibly delicious and easy, these healthy tortilla apple donuts are crispy and cinnamon-sugar dusted.

Combine cinnamon and sugar, mix well.

Slice tortillas into thin strips and set aside. Core each apple and thinly slice to create donut shaped slices.

Whisk 2 eggs together. Combine tortillas with eggs until well coated.

In a separate bowl, whisk remaining 2 eggs. Dip apple slices in egg. Turn each slice in the cinnamon-sugar to coat well.

Working with one strip at a time and starting in the middle of the apple, toward the core, wrap the apple slice, using as many strips as necessary until apple is completely covered. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Cover donuts in remaining or additional cinnamon sugar.

Air fry apples until crispy and golden. Turn after 5 minutes. Remove once tortillas are crispy all around. Enjoy warm.
