Preheat your oven to 160°C (fan-forced)/ 350°F.
In a bowl, add egg and yogurt. Whisk together to form liquid custard.
Press a tortilla into a small circle ramekin dish and create a cup for the filling.
Pour the liquid cheesecake filling into the tortilla shell and add your toppings on top.
Place into the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes (depending on your oven strength) or until the cheesecake is firm to touch.
