 6 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
 ½ cup red onion, diced
 1 English cucumber, diced
 1 orange bell pepper, diced
 1 jalapeno, diced
 1 garlic clove, minced
 ½ cup cilantro, chopped
 1 lime, zested and juiced
 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
 ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
 4 cups tomato juice
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp pepper
 1 tsp tobacco sauce

Combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, jalapeƱo, garlic, and cilantro in a mixing bowl.

Add lime zest and juice, Worcestershire, vinegar, tomato juice, salt, pepper, and Tabasco. Blend ingredients thoroughly.

Chill covered in fridge for thirty minutes.

Once chilled, add fresh cilantro and baked Sonora Tortillas for dipping.
