 1 pack Sonora Fajita Tortillas
 1 lb ground beef
 1 package taco seasoning
 1 cup black beans
 6 cups romaine or iceberg lettucechopped
 1 cup tomatoeschopped
 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 1 avocado diced
 1 cup cup homemade Sonora Tortilla chips
 ½ cup salsa
 ½ cup sour cream
 Desired toppingsolives, bell peppers, jalapeƱos, red or green onion

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place Sonora Fajita Tortillas in oven-safe bowls or large muffin tins. Bake until tortillas form firm bowl shape; usually until golden brown. Set aside.

Using a knife or pizza cutter, slice excess tortillas into thin strips to make small chips. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F until golden brown. Set aside.

Cook beef over medium heat until done.

Add taco seasoning. Simmer for five minutes or until thickened. Stir in beans.

Place lettuce in tortilla bowls. Top with meat, tomatoes, cheese, avocado and other desired toppings including salsa, sour cream or guacamole. Finish with homemade tortilla sticks.
