Equal parts easy and delicious, chicken fajita foil packets are a delicious fire-side meal perfect for summer weekends.

 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts thinly sliced
 1 sweet orange or yellow bell peppersliced
 1 green peppersliced
 ½ large red onion thinly sliced
 2 tbsp oil
 2 tbsp chili powder
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 1 tsp cumin
 ¾ tsp salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ¼ tsp onion powder
 ¼ tsp paprika
 1 pack Sonora Fajita Tortillas
 Sour cream and salsa for serving

Preheat the grill to medium high, roughly 400 degrees F.

Place all ingredients (chicken through paprika) in a large bowl. Stir until everything is evenly coated.

Place two pieces of tin foil one on top of the other. Spray lightly with non stick spray, and spoon ΒΌ of the fajita mixture in the center. Fold and seal packet completely.

Repeat 3 times with the remaining fajita mixture to make 4 packets.

Place over direct heat on the grill. Cook for 12-15 minutes (for even cooking, rotate once halfway through) until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.

Serve with tortillas and toppings as desired.
