    Divided equally, spread cream cheese evenly over tortillas.

    Sprinkle each with 1 tsp of everything bagel seasoning.

    Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla to the opposite edge. Cut off ends and slice into 1-inch bites.

    In a large frying pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add bites and cook for 1 minute until golden brown.

    Alternatively, brush bites with melted butter and load into air fryer. Fry until golden brown.

    In a large pot bring 5 quarts water to boil.

    Destem chiles. In a pan, heat chiles on medium high heat for a few minutes, until they begin to soften. Be careful not to burn.

    While chiles heat, bring medium pot with 3 cups water to simmer. Once chiles are softened in the pan, add them to the pot of hot water and cover. Allow to soak in hot water for 15 to 20 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan on medium high heat. Add pork to pan in batches, careful not to crowd the pan. Sprinkle with salt to taste. As meat browns, add chopped garlic and cook together until meat is cooked through.

    Once meat has browned, transfer it to a pot of boiling water. Scrape all bits from the pan into the water including garlic. Add rinsed hominy to pot along with bay leaves, cumin and oregano. Add a tbsp of salt and bring to a simmer, reduce heat and cook for 15 minutes.

    Prepare red sauce by pureeing chiles in a blender with 2 1/2 cups of their soaking water. Add salt and the 4 whole cloves of garlic. Once pureed, strain through into pot with meat and hominy. Return to a simmer, add salt, partially cover.

    Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.

    Assemble garnishes in separate bowls. Serve stew hot and allow guests to choose their toppings. Serve with air fried Sonora Tortillas as tostada shells.

    Preheat oven to 400°. Meanwhile, heat large skillet to medium heat and cook and crumble beef with onion until no longer pink. Combine spices and tomatoes. Bring to a boil; remove from heat.

    In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese and 2 tablespoons cilantro.

    Using a large skillet, bring to medium-high heat, cook ground beef with onion, until beef is no longer pink. Drain grease. Season with taco seasoning mix, water and minced garlic. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 5 minutes.

    Warm queso cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Place the flour tortillas on a large plate. Microwave for 20 seconds to warm them.

    Meanwhile, air fry Sonora Soft Taco Tortillas until crispy.

    Lay one burrito size tortilla on a flat surface. Spread queso on tortilla. Add a couple tablespoons of taco meat onto the centre of the tortilla. Top meat with one crispy, air-fried Sonora Soft Taco Tortilla. Spread a thin layer of sour cream over the crispy tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato and shredded Mexican cheese.

    When folding the Crunchwrap, start with the bottom tortilla and fold one edge up and over toward the center. Continue to work your way around, folding the flour tortilla over the center fillings. Place folded side down in the pan to seal the seam.

    Repeat with all remaining tortillas and fillings.
