Directions
Slice onions and bell peppers.
Heat a pan to medium heat. Melt 2 tsp cooking oil and fry onions and bell peppers. Add some water to make vegetables tender. Allow onions and peppers to caramelise. Transfer to a plate and return pan to the stove.
Add the jackfruit spices to the pan with more cooking oil. Stir until heated through and jackfruit is coated in spices. Add onions and peppers and continue to stir for around 2 minutes.
Remove pan from heat and serve jackfruit with any or all suggest toppings!

Coat a large pan generously with oil, heat on medium to high heat. When the oil is hot, add the tortillas, fry until golden brown.
Remove tortillas to a paper towel lined plate to soak up excess oil. Sprinkle salt on the tortillas.
Add 2 tablespoons of oil to pan, bring to high heat. Add salsa and let salsa cook until bubbling. If you have a few sprigs of epazote, add them to the salsa.
Add the fried tortilla quarters to the salsa and stir until they are all well coated with salsa. Let cook for a few minutes more.
Remove from heat and serve with garnishes and fried eggs and beans.

Heat a skillet to medium heat, add a layer of shredded cheese, add tortilla on top of cheese.
Layer the tortilla with meat, vegetables, cheese, and marinara.
Cook the tortilla 2-3 minutes until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted. Fold one side of the tortilla over the filling and flip.
When both sides are golden brown, remove from skillet, slice, and serve with warm marinara sauce.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Arrange as many Sonora Soft Taco Tortillas as will fit on the baking sheet. Be mindful not to overlap.
Brush tortillas lightly with oil and sprinkle salt.
Bake for around 4 minutes, flipping tortillas halfway. Be careful not to burn – bake until crispy and lightly golden.
Remove from oven and transfer to cooling rack.
Top with your favourite toppings! For a savoury meal layer refried beans, beef or shredded chicken, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese and sour cream or guacamole. For something sweet sprinkle cinnamon, diced strawberries and top with whipped cream!

Cook bacon in pan, oven or air fryer depending on preference.
Scramble egg in a non-stick pan.
Mash 1/2 an avocado in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste.
Cut slit into tortilla from centre to edge of the tortilla.
Arrange egg, bacon, cheese and avocado into 4 equal quadrants in the tortilla.
Fold tortilla by folding/stacking each quadrants one on top of the other until the wrap forms a triangle with all ingredients folded inside.
Heat a medium size pan on low to medium heat. Place wrap in the pan to toast each side until golden. Serve hot.
