Sugar, Mono- and di-glycerides, Baking powder, Calcium propionate, Wheat gluten, Rice flour, Fumaric acid, Potassium sorbate, Cellulose gum, Corn starch, Xanthan gum, Enzymes (sodium chloride, wheat starch), L-Cysteine (vegetable sourced). Contains: Wheat, Gluten.
