Simple, delicious and healthy tuna salad tostadas are the perfect lunch, brunch or snack for the whole family.

 2 cans tuna, drained
 ¼ cup Greek yogurt
 1 stalk celery, chopped
 ¼ cup dill pickles, diced
 1 tbsp mayonnaise
 1 tbsp dijon or German mustard
 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 ½ tsp sea salt

Add drained tuna, yogurt, chopped celery, diced onion, chopped pickles, mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, pepper and salt into a large bowl. Toss to combine, breaking up any large chunks of tuna meat.
