Elevate your breakfast routine with the deliciously simple addition of thinly sliced tortilla shreds to your everyday frittata.
Roll 4 Sonora Burrito Tortillas together. Starting at one end, thinly slice the rolled tortillas into strips. Add to a mixing bowl.
Whisk 3 eggs together and add to the tortillas. Next add cooked ham, grated cheese and milk. Toss ingredients to coat tortillas well.
Pour mixture into a warm skillet, increase heat to medium and cover until eggs are cooked and tortillas become browned.
Slide frittata onto a plate and garnish as desired.
