For more than just tamales - this cheesy tamale sauce will take any meal from good to great!

Place the 2 Tbsp. Butter in a small sauce pan over medium heat to melt.
Once melted, whisk in the 3 Tbsp. Flour and cook for a minute or so to make a roux.
Slowly whisk in the 2 C. Unsalted Beef Broth, 1 Tbsp. Salt-Free Ranch Seasoning, 1 Tbsp. Hot Sauce, 1/2 Tsp. Paprika, 1/2 Tsp. Chili Powder, 1/2 Tsp. Oregano, and 1/2 Tsp. Cumin and bring it all back to a simmer.
Once thickened, remove from heat and whisk in the 3 Oz. Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar until melted.
Season with salt and pepper as needed and enjoy right away!
