Southwest chicken nachos are a masterclass in flavour! Make your own tortilla chips using any of our Sonora Protein+, Net Zero or Cauliflower Tortillas for a snack that eats like a meal!

 2 tbsp olive oil
 2 tbsp ancho chili powder
 1 tbsp cumin
 ½ tsp salt
 2 limes, juiced
 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chichen thighs or breasts
 1 handful chopped cilantro
 1 bag of Sonora Keto, Protein+ or Net Zero TortillasCut into chip shapes and baked until crispy
 2 cups grated cheese
 1 cup salsa
 1 cup black beans
Toppings
 ¼ cup sliced green onion
 ¼ cup sour cream
 Hot sauce if desired

Combine the olive oil, ancho chili powder, cumin, salt and lime juice. Stir and pour over the chicken. Toss and let the chicken sit while you preheat your grill.

Grill the chicken on medium-high for about 6-8 minutes a side or until fully cooked. Remove and let cool a bit. Sprinkle the chicken with a handful of fresh cilantro before chopping it into small bits.
