With tortillas stacked, slice tortillas into triangle chip shapes.
Using separate bags for each sweet and savoury flavours, add to a large seal-lock bag. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to the bag. In first bag, add ranch seasoning. Shake well to fully coat tortilla pieces with seasoning. Repeat for sweet seasonings in a separate bag.
Line a baking sheet with parchment. Working in batches, bake chips until golden brown and crispy. Enjoy once cooled.
