Spice up your meal with this sweet and tangy mango salsa. Fresh mango, red onion, cilantro, lime, and jalapeño make for a delicious topping or dip. An excellent pairing with our vegan-friendly Sonora Tortillas!

 2 medium mangoes, small diced
 1 large red Bell pepper, cored, seeded, and finely diced
 1 medium jalapeño, seeded and diced
 ¼ large red onion, diced
 ¼ cup Cilantro
 Juice of 1 lime
 mineral salt

Place the diced mango, bell pepper, onion, jalapeno and cilantro in a medium/large mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt and squeeze of lime juice over top, gently toss to coat.

Enjoy right away or let it rest for 30 minutes so flavors can mingle.
