Using a large oven safe bowl, add a Sonora Burrito or Fibre+ Tortilla to the bowl and bake until firm and golden; bake at 375 degrees.

Toss kale with lemon and balsamic. Add chickpeas and shredded carrot together and toss with harissa seasoning and olive oil.

Fry prosciutto until crispy. Remove baked tortilla bowl from oven.

Add kale, chickpeas and carrots and any other ingredients to tortilla bowl. Top with prosciutto. Enjoy.
