Deliciously simple tortilla pizza pockets are a savoury treat for mealtime or snack time, ready in under 15 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F for about 5 minutes while you assemble the pizza pocket.
Add most of the mozzarella cheese to one tortilla, saving some for the middle & top.
Spread the pizza sauce on the cheese and top with pepperoni slices. Season with salt and black pepper,
Add a very small amount of the cheese before adding the second tortilla on top. This cheese is necessary as it acts as a glue.
Add the remainder of the cheese to the top and sprinkle with italian seasoning and red pepper flakes. I like pinching all sides down with the end of a fork to prevent the sauce and toppings from leaking out.
Air fry in air fryer basket for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown. Cooking time may vary depending on your air fryer.
Let cool for 2-3 minutes and fold in half if desired for the full pizza pocket effect.
